Returns: We accept returns for store credit only. To return your item you must email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the package. We are happy to work with you on exchanging your purchase for something that you will love!
Broken Jewelry: Jewelry broken within 45 days of being purchased will be repaired free of charge. After 45 days there will be a service charge of $40 for knotted necklaces, $25 for strung necklaces, and $15 for earrings. If items are missing from the broken piece, there will be replacement charges. Please keep in mind that all of my jewelry is handmade and delicate and should be treated as so. I appreciate that life happens and things break, but please treat your items with the same love and care with which they are made.
Shipping: ELD ships all items through the USPS flat rate parcel service, except during October/November/December due to the length of time it takes to mail. During those months we ship everything via FedEx ground. If you would like to upgrade or change your shipping method please contact us.
